Cancellation Policy
Now that Brazilian Bliss has been in business for 6 months, I will be implementing an updated appointment policy to better protect appointment availability and my time as a business owner.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost.
Late Policy
I offer a 7-minute grace period. If you are running late, please communicate with me as soon as possible by texting (760) 888-5278. If you have my personal number, you are welcome to call if you are running behind. If you arrive after the 7-minute grace period, your appointment may need to be canceled if there is not enough time to complete the service. In this case, the 50% cancellation fee will apply and a new appointment will need to be scheduled.
No-Show Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, 50% of the service cost will be charged to the card on file.
If you do not have a card on file, you will be required to pay the cancellation fee prior to booking your next appointment.
When you arrive for your appointment, you may park in any unmarked space in the parking garage and take the stairs or elevator to Suite #209.
This policy helps protect appointment availability for all clients and supports Brazilian Bliss as a growing business. Please note that policies and fees are subject to change at any time.
